FAQ READY TO WEAR AND ONLINE DELIVERY:
How long does it take for an item to be delivered?
We aim to deliver each Ready To Wear item within 72 hours to all UK destinations and within 1 week to EU and Rest of World destinations.
If an item is out of stock, how long would it take for an item to be made to order?
If an item is out of stock, we would be happy to make a new item to order. We aim to fulfil all Ready To Wear orders within a 2-3 week turn around service.
FAQ BESPOKE SERVICE:
How long does it take to have a garment made?
Each garment has a different production time depending on complexity, but generally we aim between 3-6 weeks turn around.
What happens in the initial consultation?
In the initial consultation we discuss your outfit requirements, we then guide you through style and fabric choices and finally take your detailed measurements. In the showroom we have many samples that you can try on to get a feel for fit and style. There is no obligation to make an order and no charge for the consultation.
Can I still order garments even if I cannot attend in person?
We can make any garment to most UK standard dress sizes. You can order over the phone or via email. A local tailor to you can then alter for a perfect fit. For online orders we require 100% payment upfront.
How many fittings do I get?
We aim to provide you with the perfect finished garment, so after the initial fitting you have a final fitting where you can either take the garment home with you or we will send it for a final adjustment, this is all covered within the price of the garment. Any subsequent minor alterations, no matter how far in the future, we will do with pleasure from £25/per alteration.
Bespoke Payment Terms and Conditions
When an item is commissioned we will send you a quote. This quote includes the cost of: the design of the item, the material and 2 fittings taking place at the studio. Design amends, travel and delivery costs are charged extra. Once the quote is approved we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm the order. The final 50% plus any additional charges should be paid before collection.
